This article is an attempt to explore the role of cultural diplomacy in Morocco’s relations with Africa and examines in what manner or way culture has become a strategic instrument of influence, cooperation, and international projection. Within this line of tought, it identfies the ways in which Morocco mobilizes its plural cultural identity, religious heritage, artistic production, and educational cooperation to strengthen its presence as part of the African continent. Furthermore, the study analyzes the impact of globalization as well as digital transformation on cultural diplomacy, at the sametime emphasizing both the opportunities and challenges facing Moroccan cultural presence in Africa. Ultimately, the article argues that cultural diplomacy has become an essential component of Morocco’s foreign policy and, therefore, a significant framework for advancing intercultural dialogue and continental solidarity.
