The Guru Tua Road Section is a provincial road with a length of 3.96 km, serving as a connecting infrastructure between Sigi Regency and Palu City. Pavement conditions at several points are experiencing damage and causing uncertainty regarding the estimated remaining service life. This research aims to determine the condition of the road pavement to specify the type of handling, and to analyze the road's remaining service life. The evaluation of the functional condition of the road uses the International Roughness Index (IRI), Present Serviceability Index (PSI), and Surface Distress Index (SDI) methods, while the analysis of the remaining service life uses the AASHTO 1993 method. The research results indicate that the pavement condition of the Guru Tua Road Section is considered moderate, with an average IRI value of 4.595. Meanwhile, the average service function of the road is poor, with a PSI (Equation I) value of 1.205 and a PSI (Equation II) value of 1.232. Furthermore, the road pavement condition based on the average SDI value of 27.875 is good. The results of the remaining service life analysis of the Guru Tua Road section indicate that the pavement service life will end in the 8th year (2033), which is two years earlier than the planned design life, representing a reduction of 22,72 %.
